Scope of work:

  • Responsibility for Process mapping, descriptions, strong documentation of processes, improvements and  changes and formal documentation in QMS
  • Provide trainings to all team members regarding quality standards, improvements and process changes
  • Preparing the organization for certification & re-certification audits (QMS)
  • Making time study, proposing standards and securing quality with focus on process efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Proposing Process improvements, participates on new projects and process optimization activities
  • Participate on implementation of new logistics/warehouse flows, inclusive budget creation and ROI calculations
  • Cooperation on BRD (Business Requirement Documents)
  • Participate on Metrics definitions (KPI), and maintain Quality KPI
  • Prepare Work Instruction for Users, inclusive preparation of process control procedures and Quality Check Lists
  • Monitor quality of delivered products and services from suppliers, maintain quality evaluation reports and 8D
  • Monitor quality of outgoing products & services to our customers
  • Prepare quality data analysis and reports, inclusive coordination of RC identificaton and CA/PA
  • 5S support in operations
  • Providing internal coordination during solving of quality problems, inclusive usage of appropriate management tools
  • Consultation and close cooperation with Users and System specialists
  • Maintain Knowledge base and share with Quality, Process & System teams
  • Support Lean/Kaizen initiatives to improve safety, productivity, process reliability and customer satisfaction


Job requirements:

  • Relevant HBO education
  • Relevant working experience in Quality or Process Engineering
  • Positive attitude to process improving
  • Good in activity coordination, requirements defining and training
  • Experience with Lean/Kaizen
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
